By accessing or playing The Cozy Catfé Chase (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
The Cozy Catfé Chase is a free-to-play, web-based arcade game where players control a cat character through procedurally generated levels, catching mice, dodging obstacles, and battling bosses. The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may create an account to save your progress, track your stats, and participate in leaderboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Players are expected to play fairly and not use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools to gain an advantage. Exploiting bugs or attempting to manipulate the Game's economy, leaderboards, or ad systems may result in account termination.
Kitty Coins are a virtual currency earned through gameplay and ad viewing. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Kitty Coins may be transferred between the Game and the Cozy Catfé platform subject to applicable transfer rules and admin approval.
The Game displays advertisements from our private advertising network. Rewarded video ads are opt-in and triggered only when a player voluntarily chooses to revive their character. Ads are non-skippable during playback to ensure verified reward delivery. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
50% of net revenue generated by the Game, including advertising revenue, is donated to The Cozy Catfé Rescue, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donation amounts are calculated based on net revenue after operational costs. We do not guarantee any specific donation amount.
All content in the Game, including graphics, characters, music, code, and design, is owned by The Cozy Catfé Chase and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to: (a) harass or harm other players; (b) attempt to reverse engineer the Game; (c) use the Game for any illegal purpose; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Game; or (e) submit false or misleading information to our sponsor intake forms.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Game will meet your specific requirements. Gameplay progress may be lost due to technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cozy Catfé Chase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of virtual currency, progress, or data.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your game progress, stats, and associated data. This action cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify players of significant changes where possible.
